Returns & Store Credit
At KÏKA SÏLZA, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet the conditions below. We do not offer refunds — only store credit for eligible returns. Any item returned outside the 14-day window will not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible:
• The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
• You must first request and receive return approval from our team.
• If your return is received in unsatisfactory condition, it will be returned to you at your cost. No store credit will be issued in such cases.
We strongly recommend reviewing our sizing and garment details before purchase, as we do not accept exchanges and returns are accepted only under strict conditions and we do not restock often.

• Return shipping and any related customs charges are the customer’s responsibility.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Duties & Customs
If we incur customs or clearance fees when receiving your return — whether you are returning from within Ghana or abroad — the amount will be deducted from your store credit.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
We strongly discourage refusing delivery.
If a shipment is refused or undeliverable and returned to us:
• Any return shipping fees or customs charges we incur will be passed on to you.
• If you are not eligible for store credit or have none at the time, you will be invoiced for the fees incurred before any re-shipment can be arranged.
• If we receive no response from you, the courier may mark the parcel as abandoned, in which case the item will be forfeited.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
• Undergarments, or any item that includes undergarments (e.g. trousers with inner shorts)
• Intimate garments, such as bodysuits or sheer clothing
• Sale or discounted items
• Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@kikasilza.com and we will make it right.
